BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Brilliant straw. A closed citrus-fruit nose, with lively, mineral undertones. Clean palate; slightly simple fruit, with moderate length. | 87

Andrew Jefford | White-gold, with green highlights. Soft and sweetly grapy. Dry and firm, by contrast, on the palate, and rather four-square, though with little concentration. Dry, hard finish, but drinkable. | 80

Michael Palij | Beautiful nose, showing both ripe fruit (peach, apricot, melon, pear) and floral (honeysuckle, blossom, elderflower) notes. The palate has lovely weight and a broad, succulent finish, showing apple, passionfruit, litchee, and white pepper. Long, and with fine balance, this is a classic example. | 90
