Essi Avellan: Lemon color. Lovely, youthful, pure nose. Baked apricot, nuts, and spicy old-barrel tones. Succulent fruitiness and fine freshness on the long finish. Expressive and well made. | 89

Simon Field: Buckwheat coloring, small disorganized bead, then things look up with a focused aromatic, a kiss of sunshine, lemons, and pastries, flint stone and apple Charlotte. Restrained and somewhat minimalist, but to me this is a faithful example of the varietal, its very lack of overarching ambition its strong point. | 90

Tom Stevenson: Very rich, with hints of vanilla and lemon, great acidity, and a long, linear finish, which is impressive for a wine of such concentration. | 90
