Essi Avellan: Pale lemon. Unclean flowery nose with sulfitic aromas. Zingy, tart acidity on the palate, but a sweet finish. | 84

Simon Field: Straw color, almost amber, maturity echoed on the nose; hints of caramel and toffee-apple confirm the age, but the quality of the fruit does little to daunt any inclination toward wisdom. The red-fruit character is submerged by daunting acidity and rather unflattering sweetness. | 86

Tom Stevenson: Very rich and intense, with a few murky notes on the nose, but it essentially cleans out the longer it finishes. | 81
