Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red. Fresh, light, and graceful, with lots of fruited charm. Ample harmony and resolution already; a classed growth that you need feel no need to wait for. Orange and juniper brings a little complexity. In the mouth, this is fresh, lively, cool, and graceful, with well-defined and amply expressed tannins almost matching the energetic but ripe and sculpted acidity. Diverting and digestible classicism here. | 90

Michael Schuster | Ripe and gently gravelly nose, subtle and refined; lovely balance, fresh, fairly rich, finely tannic; deep, flavory, complex wine, long and aromatic to taste, long and aromatic to finish; a firm, complete expression of the terroir and of the vintage; long, tasty, savory, and complete St-Julien with a fine persistence of aftertaste. This will need, and reward, time in bottle. 2025–40+. | 92
