Stephen Brook | The nose is gorgeous and sumptuous, with abundant orange, apricot, and peach aromas, both fruit-forward and imposing. Rich and immediate on the attack, it also has a fine streak of acidity and a welcome brightness, and more orange than stone-fruit flavors. Admirably concentrated for a second wine, this has structure as well as fruit, with lingering acidity to drive the finish. Surely worth cellaring in the medium term. | 91
Andrew Jefford | Full bright gold. This is notably fresher and less unctuous than most of its peers; malted, almost gingery aromas. The palate, too, is almost a demi-sec, though the acidity is rather low so the overall effect, though precise in its allusions, is a little underwhelming. | 83
