Michael Schuster: Closed but lightly oaky, faintly earthy, nose; well-balanced, rich middleweight wine, with a very fine tannin. Ripe, refined, complex flavor, resonant, long and minerally within the firm, gently muscular structure, and with good length. Good Charmes, if not a great grand cru expression. 2015–25+. 17/17.5
