Essi Avellan | Lemon-gold color. Fresh, floral nose, with building complexity. Lovely, sweet, glossy fruitiness on the healthy, inviting nose. Slightly less on the palate, which remains light-weight and a touch hollow. Lovely, soft, caressing, and with impeccable freshness, though. Charming and generous, giving all it has. | 91

Alex Hunt | Fairly pale, young-looking, and neutral- to-bready on the nose. It has a lovely, gentle, but persistent fizz in the mouth, and is evenly balanced, to the mineral side, throughout the palate. A little more mid-palate breadth and (dare I say it) fruit wouldn’t go amiss, but there is plenty of finesse and pleasure here. | 88

Tom Stevenson | Pale color, does not look old. Fresh aroma, lovely soft mousse of microscopic bubbles. Fresh acidity, propelling a long, soft, chocolaty-fruit, true-brut finish. Delicious. Complete. | 91
