Essi Avellan | Deep lemon color. Rich, evolving, powerful, and deep red-fruit nose. Baking spices, light toast, red apple, and baked apple. Full, plush, and round palate, with soft, cushiony mousse. Structured, and still with plenty of fruit left but peaking now. | 88

Alex Hunt | Gently developed baked-apple aroma, though still fresh due to the relatively recent disgorgement. Lean and sinewy, but with just enough flesh to cover the structure. Straightforward stony flavor, though. | 85

Tom Stevenson | Fresh fruit dominating toasty notes. Very youthful. Fresh, easy, and quite long, with a slip-slidy finish. | 89
