Michael Schuster | Ripe black fruit to smell, plus a fine gravel impression; very full, fresh, powerful wine but with particularly fine tannins; very rich, very mouthfilling, very aromatic, an abundance of ripe fruit, but freshly contained, subtle considering its proportions, long across the palate, the tannins remaining velvety all the time, great power, but an effortless balance, too, and fine, minerally aromatic length.
