BUY THE WINE

Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red in color. Warm, ripe fruits without any kind of green cast: attractive and artlessly enticing. On the palate, this is a juicy, generous and open-hearted wine for the vintage, without any of the stiletto-bladed acidity found elsewhere. The fruits are relatively simple but enjoyable. 2018–21. | 85

Michael Schuster | Gravel-imbued blackcurrant Cabernet on the nose; a nicely balanced medium-full wine on the palate, brisk and firm in tannin; ripe, tasty, savory Pauillac, moderately complex, very satisfying, and with a good length of flavor and finish. 2022–30+. | 89
