William Kelley | A terrific performance, bursting with notes of raspberries, peony, sweet forest floor, and grilled squab. On the palate, the wine is supple, medium to full-bodied and elegant, with wonderful purity, succulent acids, and a long, fragrant finish. It’s a classy, even subtle Lavaut St-Jacques, but there’s plenty of sneaky substance here, too. | 94
