Michael Schuster | Pichon Baron’s official second wine, the first vintage being 2012. Dense and aromatic to smell, very mineral; rich, vital, finely tannic mid-weight; crisply ripe in fruit, taut, mineral, aromatic, long to taste, and with lovely length to follow. A fine linear style, and a much better companion to Pichon Baron, stylistically, than the Tourelles, for so long effectively Pichon’s second wine. 2025–35+. | 90–92
