Michael Schuster | Fragrant, red-fruit subtle, gently mineral and persistent; medium-full, fresh, finely tannic, a touch new wood-dry in texture; long, sweet, fresh, finely delineated, quite rich, yet pure and transparent and delicate at heart. But all the while, the dry texture is a slightly marring distraction; that said, this is aromatically complex, refined, and with very nice length. We must hope it absorbs its wood-tannin texture in due course. 2030–40+. | 93–94+
