Stephen Brook: Dumb nose. Medium-bodied, rather tart, doesn't taste especially ripe. Sour finish. Has good length, but that's not welcome in this case. 9

Jancis Robinson: Very light nose. Bone dry, and not enough fruit to compensate for this + high acidity. Seems to be selling itself on the lack of something (sweetness) rather than anything more positive. 10

Alexander Scott: Muted, undistinguished nose. Not full ripeness here. A sour note. Not bad. 10.5
