Stephen Brook : Alluring nose, apricot tart. Surprisingly bland, with a silky texture, pleasant fruit, but an overall flatness. It does have acidity, but the overall impression is slack. Medium-bodied, and has only moderate length. Unexciting. 11

Jancis Robinson: Relatively deep gamboge. Some interesting minerality on the nose, overlaid with floral prettiness. Then it goes hard on the back of the palate and loses fruit. What a shame. It was all looking so promising. Positively hard work. Sour, too. 11.5

Alexander Scott: There is a touch of bottle stink (reduction) masking the aromas. Very dry palate, lacks generosity. I guess the grapes were not fully ripe. Not bad at best. 11.5
