BUY THE WINE

Gerard Basset: Fairly intense yellow. Baked-fruit character, candied apple with some exotic fruit. Very ripe texture, excellent retro-olfaction, medium-long finish. 15.5

Marcel Orford-Williams: Full flavour, plenty of grip, super fruit. Nicely complex, creamy, some charm and length. 15

Roy Richards: Agrume, touch of VA, which tends to come from late-picked, drosophile-attacked grapes, as is often the case chez Faller. On the palate, this is an extremely urbane wine with excellent mineral length and elegance. 16
