Michael Schuster: Turbid pale gold; lemon zest/lemon cordial nose; still a touch of CO2 on the palate; rich, concentrated, and vigorous, but not in any way heavy; intensely sweet, vivid, citrus and mineral flavor, long, lively, fresh and refined across the palate, with a marked minerality and superb mineral and citrus fragrant length.
