Michael Schuster: Deep black-red. Toasty oak and freshly ripe plump fruit impression. Rich, fleshy, very nicely balanced medium-bodied Mouton with a fine, dry tannin; lovely, ripe fruit, almost juicy; a long and graceful combination of dark, sweet blackcurrant Cabernet and subtle minerality. Complex, close-grained, ample, and with excellent length—a gentle Pauillac muscle, but above all class and an impressive fruit core for the year. 2018–35. 18+
