Stephen Brook: Medium straw. Lean, minerally nose, stony terroir dominating the varietal character. Rich, supple, velvety, less tangy and mineral than the nose. Quite forward. It doesn’t shout Riesling despite its attractive acidity on the finish. Plump and balanced but lacks complexity. Quite good length. 16
Simon Field: The thread of minerality weaves an uncompromising magic. A vin de terroir, a source of contemplation and enquiry, an archetype with all the contextual implications thereof. 17.5
