Stephen Brook: Rather drab, earthy nose. Rich and concentrated, but also rather heavy and flat; lacks elegance, overblown. Modest length. 13

Andrew Jefford: Full green-yellow. Close, confined, rather unfocused, messy kind of scent. All the right things (grape and grapefruit, meadow flowers), but a bit soupy. Same on the palate. Lots piled in, but the overall effect is rather syrupy and hamfisted. 12

Jancis Robinson: Full, broad, slack, very slightly coarse aromas and astringent texture. Sour, hot finish. Drink 2010-16.14.5
