Nicolas Belfrage: Suspiciously deep colour but plenty of fruit on the nose. Here 1996 has suited the house style much better than 1997. The wine needs time in bottle (two years) and will last for 10-12. More modern than traditional, very plummy for the vintage, but structure saves it. 15.5
