Alex Hunt: Curious wine: rather edgy, paint-like aromas then lots of vibrant forest fruit on the palate (aided and abetted by marked residual CO2). One that I hope will settle down in bottle. 85

Andrew Jefford: Saturated dense black-red. Firm, taut, fresh, earthy scents of great promise. Very deeply constituted and firm, with ample tannins and deep, driving redcurrant and black-cherry fruits. Pungent and long, even a little tarry on the finish. Impressive drinking here and a commanding Chiroubles with huge amounts of fruit clinging to its coattails. 92

Peter Liem: Ripe and lively, this is packed with dark, berry-like flavors, backed by stony undertones. It feels youthful and fruit-forward, needing more time in bottle to show its best. 86
