BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Deepish gold; peach, tangerine, apricot bouquet, with the waxiness of mature Semillon; rich, sweet, spicily complex from its botrytis, long and elegant and with a fine persistence, but seeming just a touch “slack,” probably meaning it would have benefited from being served a little cooler, to give it a tauter, fresher definition. Many years of evolving personality ahead.
