Michael Edwards: Deeper gold, copper notes. The aromas are open, ready: fruit confit, especially white peach, then spicy ginger and nutmeg. The palate has a hedonistic fullness, Pinot in the driving seat (65 percent), tempered by toasted almonds (Chardonnay); nice autolytic complexity, decent length: pure pleasure. A point, but will hold.
