Michael Schuster: A dense, persistent, very ripe blackberry/blackcurrant nose; a perfectly balanced, rich, elegant, and harmonious wine; fresh yet supple, linear but not lean, firm but with a particularly fine tannin; beautifully long and complex in the mouth, flowing, grapily ripe-cored, and graceful and with remarkable length on the finish. A first-rate follow on to its most successful 2007. A beauty—like the Mouton itself. 2015–30. 16.5/17.5
