Andrew Jefford: Mid depth of black-red. Warm, mingled red and black fruits without any sweet drift from oak; delicate and choice. Quietly enticing; unstrenuous and unmodish. Good concentration on the palate, but a slightly livid, raw style. I like the firm tannins and it’s not green in any way. 2018–22. 85
Michael Schuster: Lightly sweet fruit on the nose; fullish for the year, gently structured, with a crisp acidity, and a light, dry tannin; sapid and flavory in the context of the vintage, ripe, juicy, vital, and with both length of flavor and finish; good in a slightly more solid style. 2020–28. 90
