Essi Avellan: Deep peach-hued color. Overt nose with some oxidative touches, bruised apricot and marmalade. Full and round, suitably dosed palate. Plush and generous. 85
Anthony Rose: Relatively evolved in color and on the nose, this is aromatically rich and intense, with an attractively toasty underlay of flavor behind the concentration of fruit, which is nicely poised between ripeness and elegant crispness. 90
Tom Stevenson: Pale-straw color with a hint of copper. Rich, vanilla-laden Pinot fruit on the palate suggests that it should be heavy, but it isn’t. 88
