Michael Schuster: Dense and minerally to smell; crisp, ripe fruit and gravel. Nicely balanced, moderately concentrated middleweight, with a very fine, lightly dry tannin and attractively integrated freshness. Flowing ripe, juicy fruit, open, easy, gently spicy, with nice length in the mouth and a good, spicily aromatic fruit length to finish. Not a grand second wine but supple, fairly fleshy, and very accessible. 2016–28. 15.5/16.5
