Michael Schuster: Fine cedary, minerally nose; elegantly balanced, firmly tannic, classy Pauillac; plenty of ripe fruit here, within a firm but not austere frame; long, elegant, juicy, and complete. Really fine and refined Pauillac— subtle, complex, long, and satisfying. Needs 6–8 years, ideally, but will be very good. 2018–30 16.5+
