Michel Bettane: Great color; spicy classical Léoville character; excellent balance, complex tannins, fully ripe harvested berries; style and future. One day, in the near future, with the same brilliant qualities we will get even more depth in the texture 18

Thierry Desseauve: Fine nose, very elegant and precise, without any feelings of dryness. The body is ripe and fleshy; good silky structure, depth, brilliant personality 18

Michael Schuster: Ripe, cedary fruit to smell; very nicely balanced, rich, full, and firmly tannic St- Julien; a wine with abundant fruit and a lovely core sweetness within its firmly tannic frame. Long and complex, but needing a decade more in bottle; rich, complete, sapid wine. Very fine, long-term St-Julien. 2022–35+ 17.5
