Jasper Morris: Full color just starting to evolve. Some attractive red-fruit fragrance, some suggestion of dry tannins. There are some slightly developed notes here and a touch of dry tannin behind. Still in an awkward phase and I don’t know where it will go. This is sadly a familiar feeling with this vintage.
