Michael Edwards: The normal DP encépagement of around 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay is tweaked in the Rosé, raising the Pinot proportion that includes 20 percent red wine. Deepish, bright-toned reddish color. A full, uncompromising expression of Pinot Noir. There’s even a touch of tannin here, making it a great wine for spicy food like Raghistan watermelon curry or gambas with candied lemon. Real hedonism. 18
