Michael Schuster: Densely sweet and ripe; slightly mentholly fruit to smell. Rich, generous, powerful, and fleshy wine, with a fine, firm tannin behind abundant fruit; warm, ripe, generous, and impressive; long in the mouth and long to finish; impressive, quietly powerful, and very satisfying.
