Michael Schuster: Youthful, narrow rimmed, black red; dense, minerally nose, brisk blackcurrant fruit emerging, plenty there, but young as yet; very nicely balanced rich and elegant middleweight wine with a firm dry tannin and fresh acidity; freshly, sweetly ripe, gravel infused blackcurrant cabernet flavour, refined, with a gentle complexity, a very claret-dry aromatic character, and good length in the mouth and on the finish. Still quite a bit of that ‘dry’ 2000 tannin to lose. 2014-35+
