Michael Edwards: The wine is far finer from magnum, the renfermé nose opening magically after 30 minutes. Still mordant and chewy on the palate, hinting at the superb structure and texture, as yet half-realized but all there. No dance-hall Champagne: for tuna, partridge, even grouse. | 19+
