Michael Schuster: Turbid appearance; lovely, fresh-fruit nose of citrus, peach, nectarine—a dense, vital fruit impression; beautifully balanced, concentrated, elegant, middleweight wine, with both an intense sweetness and a very fresh acidity; long, pure, racy style, vibrant and tenacious across the palate, with a marked botrytis spiciness and complexity and lovely light but clinging length. A tautly fine, superbly defined and elegant Nairac. 2015–25+. 17/18
