Tim Atkin: Mid-ruby red. Dusty, slightly reduced nose, with intrusive oak characters. Oakdominated palate, adding another layer of tannins to the Aglianico fruit. And that hint of reduction persists on the palate. Drying finish 10

Nicolas Belfrage: Deep color, almost opaque. Some coffee with morello cherry on the nose. Plenty of the same on palate; good concentration and fruit quality, with sound structure. Has length and personality 15.5

Bruno Besa: Black core to garnet rim. Mature, intense spicy nose, with layered black fruit and hints of dried meat. Full body with very wellintegrated tannins and sweet black fruit and a long clean finish. A very well-made fine wine 17
