BUY THE WINE

Tim Atkin: Pale lemon, vigorous carbon dioxide. Almost a sparkling wine. Mute, with some sulfur in evidence on the nose. Better on the palate: zesty, light, crisp, almost Txakoli-like; vibrant and tangy. Good seafood white, with bright lemon-and-lime notes and good length 15.5

Jesús Barquín: Very pale yellow. Mineral, with some finesse, freshness, and promising evolution, though still early in its development. Will probably grow in bottle 14

Simon Field: Hint of pink color; the palate is a little clumsy and disjointed, a touch oily and incomplete. Concentrated with hints of Williams pear and peach stone. Finishes well 15
