Tim Atkin: Pale straw, with some carbon dioxide. A little bit of sulfur dioxide on the nose, but still aromatic. Pear drops and a little sweetness on the palate. Fairly simple and straightforward, soft, peachy, pleasant 14

Jesús Barquín: Very pale straw yellow. An expressive nose, clean, but showing the recent bottling, still with some sulfur. The palate displays honey notes 13.5

Simon Field: Gentle color, touch of spritz, then aromas of hay and bitter almond; the palate is soft, with a peachy character and hints of orchard fruit. Elegant with sweetness from ripe fruit, but a touch short 14.5
