Tim Atkin: Mid-straw. Complex, minerally, stony nose, almost an Italian Puligny. Rich, savory, concentrated, with spice and a hint of stone and tropical fruit. Rich, complex, weighty, almost exotic, but sustained by acidity and freshness. Top Soave 17.5

Nicolas Belfrage: 1 = color of water and 9 = deep gold: Col 3. Yeasty-toasty nose of type, very attractive. Bready, toasty palate, with good acidity and a firm, net finish. This is more like the Soave we know and love 16

Alex Hunt: Attractive young Soave aromas of citrus, greengage, and herbs. Nicely pithy palate texture, with some chalky grip to finish. A little bit of evolution already, but a characteristic example 15
