Tim Atkin: Mid-straw. Ginger and clove spice, good acidity, lots of flavor and perfume: broom and garrigue. Savory, spicy, refreshing. Still very young. Slightly bitter finish 16

Nicolas Belfrage: 1 = color of water and 9 = deep gold: Col 2. Clean, sea-breeze aromas on nose. Relatively simple but very pleasurable; yeasty dry white ideal with crab and lobster or for apéritif. A wine to drink, not to think about 15.5

Alex Hunt: Very attractive, fresh apricot-herbal aromas, further enlivened by the headiness of an excellent Cuban rum. The palate continues the aromatic theme, with a slender structure that neatly frames the potentially quite rich fruit. There is copious harmony, tension, and vibrancy throughout this archetypal Falanghina 17
