Tim Atkin: Deep color (again). Feral, slightly volatile nose. Palate dry and slightly firm. A little dry and chewy, but good aromatics and spice. Lacks fruit and complexity and weight. Firm tannins on the finish. Sappy finish- 14

Alex Hunt: Quite a fresh, minty style for its age, with a fair bit of new oak still showing too. The impression on the palate is somewhat monolithic, and I wonder if this will soften beneficially before the fruit starts to dry up- 14

Anthony Rose: Dense color, fine aromatic quality; lovely, seductively juicy, and succulent dark-fruit flavors, with fine peppery, clove-spicy undertones. Very good, intense, richly concentrated fruit quality; very well-crafted, intense, cool-climate style, with lovely black fruits and spice. Deliciously juicy texture and freshness- 17
