Stephen Brook: Muted nose, with very ripe apple and pear aromas. Broad and voluptuous, this is a super-ripe Veltliner that just about avoids overripeness and flab thanks to good underlying acidity. It has an appealing, appetizing character and a welcome luminosity. It’s rich without being too heavy or dense. Ample tang on the finish, which is long. 17.5

Alison Buchanan: Golden, with green lights, this offers an attractive blend of orchard fruit—ripe and energized—allied to more languid stone- and tropical-fruit notes. The palate is generous, with gentle acidity lolloping alongside like an obedient puppy. Soft and caressing, this is very acquiescent in style. It does not make a statement but is absorbed easily: sweet and full without any drama. 14.5

Anthony Rose: Pale yellow-green in color, this is attractively aromatic, lightly peppery scented, with a nicely richly fruited, intense stone-fruit character on the palate, backed by a delicate peppery spicy quality behind, where there’s good, concentrated, youthful fruit that’s appetizingly dry with good intensity of flavor and finesse.
