BUY THE WINE

Stephen Brook: Discreet lime-and-pear-drop nose; has charm. Medium-bodied, fresh, supple, but oddly bland. The fruit is pleasant enough, but overall this seems anodyne and lacks the acidity that might give it some lift and drive. Moderate length but a rather limp finish. 14

Simon Larkin: Heady, but there is a disjointed feel about this wine. Appley, hard acidity and considerable zest, but little more. 10

Andreas Larsson: Nicely textured, with some development and a pure nose revealing peach, honey, and ripe grapefruit. Good balance and freshness; there is some residual sugar on the finish, but overall it is balanced with nascent complexity. Enjoyable now for its youthful energy, but it could probably be kept for a few more years. 16.5
