Jesús Barquín: Very pale. Nose of ripe fruit, flowery, expressive. These aromas are echoed on the palate and on the long, intense finish. 88

Andrew Jefford: Pale gold. Not huge wealth of aroma, but better complexity than most: apple, quince, almond. A white Rioja of some intricacy, structure, depth, and intrigue. Perfect balance between the freshness of (ripe) acidity and the sinew and weight of the pick, the place, and the vinification techniques. 88

Richard Mayson: Pale lemon in hue, with a touch of CO2 spritz; ripe heady aromas, late-picked pears rather than apples this time; quite spritzy on the palate, with relatively high malic acidity all the way to the finish, crisp, clean, but rather unbalanced as a result. 77
