A touch of sileage also, though this is almost a complexing factor here. Full, fleshier than most, shimmering with those cherry fruits and backed by comely tannins; a lower acidity than many. Pure pleasure from Etna here; a lovely wine to drink before long. 89

There is genuine concentration of fruit here, and not just a whiff of new oak—the palate is driven by plum, cherry, rose petal, and strawberry, supported by creamy notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. Consumers looking for a dramatic style of Etna Rosso could do worse than stop here—there is much to savor. 96
