SF | Deep saturated ruby with a nose dominated by oak and well-extracted black fruit. Behind that there is soot and Elastoplast, the dark fruit waiting its turn ( hopefully) still further back. The wine is marked on the palate by firm acidity and the gloss of youthful oak, the fruit itself evidenced more than originally though, therefore adding interest and structural integrity to the finished wine.
