Alison Buchanan: This is not in my Sancerre tasting repertoire and I rather wish it had not made its debut here. The nose is really odd, unfathomable in presenting a blend of vegetal, jelly bean, tropical fruit and savory notes. The palate, interestingly, is better, though not in this context. Confused and rather dull. 10

Alex Hunt: Aromas of overripe gooseberries and tropical fruit. A modern, fruit–forward style that is engaging but ultimately lacks some energy and zip. 13.5

Andrew Jefford: Pale gold. Simple, confected, jellybean scents. Selected rather than natural yeasts? Super–basic Sauvignon. Some depth of flavor, but stylistically speaking not worthy of the appellation. 9
