BUY THE WINE

Nicolas Belfrage: Col code 2. Quite a pungent aroma of yeast and boiled sweets. Creamy mouthfeel, as Soave goes, plenty of flavor and character with firm bright acidity. Strikes all the right notes. 16

Michael Edwards: A good ripe style that goes beyond minerality into a rich texture and flavor. Butter and honey. 16

Franco Ziliani: Golden color with many reflects. Ripe yellow fruit on the nose, with mountain herbs, white flowers and a good citrus accent with some creamy, patisserie notes. Good consistence on the palate, rich, though the finish is a little tired. 14
