Franco Ziliani: Bright color, not particular intense but full of light and reflects. The bouquet shows an interesting complexity and freshness with dried flowers and herbs, almond, white peach, zest of citrus, good length, elegance and minerality. Still very fresh, full of energy, complex on the palate, with a clear definition, a good balance between fruit and acidity and a long, salty mineral finish. 16
